If a picture is worth a 1000 words then I will let these speak for themselves. In no particular order (because that would take too much time) here is a taste of our family vacation in paradise. Things we saw and experienced.....Blowhole, never disappoints, beach volleyball, roast and Taylor's gravy, Iao Valley, God's paradise, Shaved ice, huge mango trees Josh wanted to climb, drive to Hana, red sand beach with the topless lady, black sand beach with the cave, more beach volleyball, BBQ chicken, Hamoa Beach's best bodysurfing waves, Bubba Gump's desserts, beautiful sunsets every night, waterfalls, banana bread, the best on the planet, pool/spa, Big beach with it's beautiful water, Kihei's open air market, windy roads, a threat of a hurricane, Lahaina's banyan tree, Lahaina's church, visitors always welcomed, Elle going to urgent care for double ear infection and throat infection, more beach volleyball,BBQ steaks, walking on the beach, laughing, flowers, Old Lahaina Luau with endless lava flows and hula girls and Elle watching the show and eating reaching backwards for the fried rice, making orchid leis and hawaiian bracelets, hula hoop contest, ice cream, No Ka Oi Deli, more shaved ice, more swimming and taking all the leftover food to the sister missionaries. The last day we had time to kill so we went shopping at Hilo Hatties and went to the movies and saw GI Joe. Yes in Hawaii of all movies. It was just the right amount of time to get us back to the airport to buy pineapples to bring home and return the rental car. It was a great vacation and good memories were made. Since we all live close to each other it's such a blessing to all be on vacation together. Thank you to Taylor for working so hard to make it all happen.
