We had a good time at Keith and Heather's for Jack's first birthday yesterday. The kids were so cute playing outside while the adults just sat around and gabbed. I'm glad they like their cousins. You go Jack!
Juli had her Egyptian walk thru and dressed up like King Romulus from Rome. After that we did the clay sarcophagus and cartuche. It took 3 hours and I had 8 moms helping. My back hurt so bad from leaning over the student’s desks helping them. “Mrs. Bladh I can’t get the sides right. Mrs. Bladh I need more clay. Mrs. Bladh I can’t roll it out even. Etc.” They turned out pretty good after everyone's hard work.
Chaz had his first set of finals this week. He is still getting straight A’s up until this point and he thinks he did pretty good on them. He sang his Ben Kweller song for his final on Tues. and did a great job. It really helped that the 3 people before him were off key. He has a great voice. The choir is singing at Disneyland this coming Friday. We’re going to watch him. He's going to sing at Disney World in April. We're going to watch him there too. That'll never happen again where he gets to sing at Disneyland and Disney World in the same year. Go Chaz!
